They have stretched form to create intimate courtyards filled up with light with canals filled up with flowing water. A rich variety of spaces exist within the buildings, ranging from double-height living areas open to the sea views, to more internalised lounges nestled into falling land at the more road end of the sites.

The initial idea of this project is to integrate housing in the natural environment in the residential area that is, directing the superb views of lakes and tree extensions that extend the areas of urbanization. The project evolves linked to these conditions with a resounding two-volume set, rectangular in shape, forming a very simple scheme. In this way, solve the building with clean finishes, select materials and unique qualities.

The porches and pergolas, volumetric elements such as housing give personality to the facade. Simple calm traditional design

 The house had an irresistible feature, a huge field in an established neighborhood surrounded by mature trees. The desire to liberate and to organize the interior spaces and be connected to this landscape was the central theme that guided the renovation of this house. The designers used a variety of tactics to renovate and expand the house. The main form was expanded vertically by increasing the slope on the roof and extruded northward to increase the volume of the house within the existing foundations. The existing windows were replaced and the pace is extended.

The result is a “house-shaped” in a simple manner. This volume was expanded with a series of terraces that provide transitional spaces between the paneled and abroad, as well as sun protection for new windows. These terraces, in turn, frame the outdoor spaces around the house. The first level of the house becomes a single volume, open white and a black mass of service spaces, located outside the center.
