The initial idea of this project is to integrate housing in the
natural environment in the residential area that is, directing the
superb views of lakes and tree extensions that extend the areas of
urbanization. The project evolves linked to these conditions with a
resounding two-volume set, rectangular in shape, forming a very simple
scheme. In this way, solve the building with clean finishes, select
materials and unique qualities.
The porches and pergolas, volumetric elements such as housing give
personality to the facade. The roof disappears as such became a flat roof
as the expression of the evolution of the creative process. The purity
of form moves to the construction scheme, materials and environment by
promoting the connection between the building and the context in which
it is located.
Inside rooms are located as follows: entrance hall, lounge, dining
room, kitchen, office, pantry, a guest cloakroom, seven bedrooms (with
their own bathrooms, two dressing rooms) and a terrace. It has been
decided by a brass decor and brown lend elegance and sobriety to stay
more social, like the living room or dining room. In addition, original
designed white lines running through the lounge providing a modern and
sophisticated air to the area.
In the rear through the large windows, is where living spaces open
with a view of the garden, swimming pool and the natural landscape that
urbanization offers. It is surrounded by an attractive landscape
composed interventions made lakes, birds and a tree. Outside of
footpaths and the central garden area are incorporating
indigenous vegetation in nature, sort of like weather resistant in the
area.
